Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy governs all refunds and cancellations related to courses, programs, subscriptions, and services offered by MakeSenseEdu.

By enrolling in any service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy.

- MakeSenseEdu - the educational platform offering courses and learning resources.

- Learner - any individual enrolled in a MakeSenseEdu program.

- Program Fee - the amount paid for a course or service.

- Refund Request - a formal request submitted by a learner.

- Course Access - attending classes or consuming learning material.

All refund requests must be verified by MakeSenseEdu.

- Email confirmation from the learner.

- Payment proof, course name, and refund reason.

Requests may be rejected if required information is incomplete.

- No refunds after accessing more than five classes.

- Requests within the first 48 hours may be considered with deductions.

- No refunds for completed or heavily accessed courses.

Refund requests must be submitted via email to:

- support@makesenseedu.com

Requests should include name, course details, payment ID, and refund reason.

- Full Refund - only if no course content has been accessed.

- Partial Refund - up to 70% if less than five classes are accessed.

- No Refund - after significant content consumption.

- 10% deduction for requests within 48 hours.

- 30% deduction after 48 hours.

- Payment gateway and processing fees may apply.

MakeSenseEdu shall not be responsible for refund delays caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, government actions, or technical failures.

- Refunds are processed within 7-14 working days.

- Policy updates will be posted on the official website.

- Fraud or misuse will result in refund rejection.

- Banking delays are outside MakeSenseEdu's control.
